Thermography to deduct from outside the status inside an incinerator

Our high-resolution and high-temperature FLIR T660 infrared camera is able to detect temperatures up to 2000°C. The field of application is hence typically industrial processes at high temperatures. For one of our clients we recently analysed the outside temperatures of an incinerator to estimate the inside status of the refractory lining. Using the process data of the incineration process and the thermography measurements from the outside surface, we were able to estimate the refractory lining thickness remaining on the inside.
